It’s our 27th Annual Dublin Peanut Festival 

Dear Vendor:


     The Dublin Peanut Festival Committee would like to invite you to be a part of our 28th annual Dublin Peanut Festival that will be held on Saturday, September 19th, 2020. It will begin with a parade at 10:00 a.m. followed by a fun filled afternoon of entertainment that includes music, rides and games for all ages, a car show and most importantly craft and food vendors! The cost to participate is $50 per space for craft vendors and $175 per space for food vendors.  The craft vendor size is 10x10 and the food vendor size is 20x20.


     Please return your registration form along with the cost of your craft booth by September 11th, 2020, so we can have an approximate vendor count. Anyone wishing to set up a booth that is just giving away information such as brochures, etc. will be charged a vendor fee of $50. Any vendor that does not pay his or her fees before Festival Day will be charged an additional $20.00; also anyone paying the morning of the festival will be CASH ONLY.


     We ask that you set up prior to 8:30 a.m. the day of the festival, however, set up can begin Friday, September 18th, 2020 after 3:30 p.m. but the Dublin Peanut Festival will not be responsible for any property loss or damage that may occur overnight. We ask that the day of the festival you do not break down or leave your space until 4:00 p.m. because of the dangers that could occur from driving through the crowd.


     The Bladen County Health Department will need all Food Vendor Applications and Fees by September 11th, 2020, NO EXCEPTIONS. The September 13th deadline is for food vendors ONLY, not craft vendors as they have until the day of the festival. The address and application can be found on the Bladen County Health Department Website.  We also have made available the Temporary Food Establishment Vendor Application on our Applications Page.


     The Bladen County Health Department requires all food vendors to use a tent to cover their food space. All food vendors must bring their own tent(s)--the Peanut Festival does not supply or provide tents.
