31st Annual Dublin Peanut Festival Pageant

For many years, the Dublin Peanut Festival Scholarship Pageant has been committed to recognizing and celebrating the educational achievements of young women, by granting a scholastic scholarship in the amount of $1,500 to the reigning Queen (given she has successfully and eloquently completed her duties, as set forth by the Dublin Peanut Festival Committee and DPF Pageant Committee).
Currently, the Dublin Peanut Festival Scholarship Pageant has six age divisions:
Tiny Miss; Little Miss; Junior Miss; Sweetheart; Teen Miss; Miss Dublin Peanut Festival; and an Ambassador title, which is given to the reigning queen who has represented Dublin and the Dublin Peanut Festival in the most upstanding way possible during her reign. This honor tends to go to the reigning queen who has attended numerous events, made multiple appearances, and who has aided in elevating the continued success of the Dublin Peanut Festival.
*For this year’s 2023 pageant we have added a “Photogenic and a People Choice Award”.
Photo entry fee is $10.00 and is a 5x7 photograph. The winner will get trophy.
People’s choice award will be giving to the contestant that collects the most signatures at $1.00 a piece. The winner will get a tiara and trophy. All contestants are encouraged to participate.
The Dublin Peanut Festival Committee and the Dublin Peanut Festival Pageant Committee are proud to provide an avenue in which local girls and young women can not only advance their educational pursuits, but themselves.
Our queens are community-oriented, leaders, and proud of the town and festival they represent. We hope that you will join us in 2020, either as a contestant or a guest.
